“Hugh has been living on a lifestyle block on the Hauraki Plains all his life. After realising a few years ago that there is only so much serenity one teenager can handle, he formed a band called Tied On Teeth with two good friends. Ever since their formation, they have played as many gigs as they can get their hands on.
With the band well over due to release something, Hugh and fellow band members – Lawree and Ivan – have been working hard on track-by-tracking ideas and demos for an EP due to be released within the next two or three months.
Hugh has just completed his last – and slightly sleep deprived – school year, playing gigs every weekend for sometimes months straight and staying up late week nights, recording solo projects and experiments in his bedroom.”
Hugh has won four weeks advertising on www.cheeseontoast.co.nz
